Ever heard of Kilcreggan in Scotland? Probably not. But there's a great bar there called The Creggans with some amazing art on the wall. 

We were so tired that day and the locals were so welcoming (someone even bought us a drink)!  We stayed nearby at the Knockderry Country House Hotel.

 I also highly recommend taking the ferry across to Gourock if you have the chance.  A Guinness hit the spot with our burgers.
